Laundry room, living room and dining room with 8 chairs. 3 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and a separate guest toilet. First floor: Lovely sun terrace with fantastic views over the ocean. Equipped with lounge furniture. 2 bedrooms, small kitchen and a bathroom. Outside: Private swimming pool which can also be heated on request and at an additional cost. The swimming pool has a Roman staircase. Jacuzzi with jet jets. Terrace with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. Built-in barbecue. Garden with beautiful palm trees and flowers.
