Located on top of the cliff at Vale da Lapa. Vale da Lapa is located between the picturesque and charming villages of Carvoeiro & Ferragudo. The villa offers great views over the ocean, outdoor jacuzzi and a private heated pool. The beach is located just 1 km from the villa. Just some facilities that make this villa the perfect choice for a wonderful holiday in the Algarve.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer. Laundry room, living room and dining room with 8 chairs. 2 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and a separate guest toilet.
First floor: Lovely sun terrace with fantastic views over the ocean. Equipped with lounge furniture. 2 bedrooms, small kitchen and a bathroom.
Outside: Private swimming pool which can also be heated on request and at an additional cost. The swimming pool has a Roman staircase. Jacuzzi with jets. Terrace with outdoor furniture for outdoor dining. Built-in barbecue. Garden with beautiful palm trees and flowers.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single-gender groups are only allowed upon request.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Pool heating (except July / August)
-Air conditioning
- Underfloor heating
- Use of jacuzzi
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Two times during the period of cleaning (towel change + small cleaning)
- End-of-stay cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the Internet
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: €70 per week, non-refundable (damages covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: € 35
- Tourist tax: € 112 per week

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool heating in July / August: € 225 per week

Cancellation policy:
The tenant may cancel the rental agreement or appoint a replacement tenant at any time, provided that this is done in writing.
In the event of cancellation, the tenant owes the following to Amarante:

Cancellation after the conclusion of the rental agreement: 30% of the agreed rent;
Cancellation between 56 days and 42 days before departure: 50% of the agreed rent;
Cancellation between 42 days before departure and the departure date: 100% of the agreed rent.

Amarante reserves the right to make exceptions to this, but only for the benefit of the tenant. In addition, in the event of cancellation by the tenant, Amarante will make every effort to rent out the accommodation in question. If this is successful, only limited costs will be charged (to be determined by Amarante).
