Villa with private pool, ping pong table and pool tableThis villa is located near Carvoeiro in the Lombos area. The villa was completely renovated in 2020 and has its own private swimming pool, table tennis and pool table. The house has 3 bedrooms, nice and new furniture and air conditioning in all bedrooms. The pool has a salt water filter system, so this is very gentle on the skin and swimsuit. The villa is perfect for families.

Living room with two sofas and large TV. Dining area with dining table and 6 chairs. Kitchen with dining table for 6 people,
Fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher.
Separate room with washing machine.

Bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. The bedroom has sliding doors to the balcony.

Outside:
Private saltwater pool surrounded by lounge chairs.
Outside dining table with 6 chairs on the edge of the pool and also a dining table on the terrace near the living room / kitchen.
You can enjoy the ping pong table and the pool table.

- Single-gender groups are only allowed upon request.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Interim cleaning (towel change + small cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)
- Air conditioning

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: €50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
- Tourist tax: € 112
