At only 50 km from Faro, beautiful and spacious villa, located on the outskirts (village side) of the luxury resort Quinta do Paraiso, Carvoeiro. The villa has been private property for 35 years. All conceivable facilities are within walking distance. The resort has, among other things, swimming pools with separate paddling pool, tennis courts, kids club, pool bar, pizzeria and a renowned diving center.

The villa is situated in the heart of the Algarve, in the cozy fisherman's village and seaside resort Carvoeiro, The cozy center and beach is within walking distance (900 meters).

In the immediate vicinity are several beautiful, sheltered beaches, good and authentic restaurants and many golf courses.

The house is spacious for a stay of 6 people and has two renovated bathrooms, three bedrooms with air conditioning, a spacious living room and a new, kitchen-equipped kitchen. The terrace that runs along the entire south and west side offers both sun and shade. The spacious, fully enclosed garden (460 m2) with parking space (2 cars) offers plenty of sun and play opportunities. Thanks to various (palm) trees, there is sufficient shade here. The roof terrace has a magnificent view and thanks to the high location a cooling sea breeze and view from all sides. There is satellite TV with almost all NL channels, a DVD player, washing machine, dishwashing, WIFI (free) and a safe.
Cleaning (5 times a week) and final cleaning are included. Our cleaning lady (Maria) belongs to the family for more than 20 years. A friendly and helpful manager is also 500 meters away.

Special rate for winter visitors 2015-2016. Heating and circulation fire are present.

Ewout and Aafke rent the villa on behalf of the family. Aafke and her family have been coming to this beautiful place since childhood. The villa was bought as a new construction project around 1980 by her father. Now we are happy to take our children here. And the rest of the family often enjoy the villa. Together with local manager Kevin and cleaning lady Maria (almost 20 years in the family) the house is kept in top condition.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For bookings for several weeks, a nice discount is possible between September and May.
Special rates for winter visitors.
€ 50 energy costs per week are included for the period May to November.
25% deposit upon booking, remainder no later than 3 months before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 6 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 120th and the 90th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 89th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
