Villa Casa dos Sonhos has a fully fenced plot of 1000 m2 with private swimming pool (10x5m) and offers absolute privacy.
The luxurious, stylishly furnished house is built in Portuguese style with a breathtaking, panoramic view over the Monchique, Portimâo and Ferragudo. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, but it is also a paradise for golfers, mountain bikers and hikers.

The villa features a large terrace with dining facilities, an outdoor BBQ and a children's playground with swing and slide. In the comfortable sitting room, with wood stove, a sofa with lounge area, armchair, smart TV (where you can log in to Netflix, Videoland and NPOstart, among others, to watch all series/movies). Dutch books and WIFI. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped including oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Villa Casa dos Sonhos is suitable for 2 to 6 people and has three spacious bedrooms with luxury beds and wardrobes. There are also 2 camping beds, 1 cot and high chair available. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and on the ground floor there is a second bathroom with bath. Both large bedrooms have air conditioning.

The villa is quietly located, close to the coast of the Algarve, between Albufeira and Portimâo where you will find many restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes by car. A short walk away you will find a small supermarket and real Portuguese bars.

Since 2018 we are the happy owners of this beautiful house. It has always been our dream to have a house in Portugal. Now this has finally become reality. Cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
