The facade does not reveal what is offered in the loft. Sleep downstairs in a lovely king-size box-spring bed and a TV room upstairs. A luxurious kitchen/diner, equipped with all amenities, on a lovely large terrace at the front, with a nice BBQ. There is really nothing missing in this luxurious loft, everything is of high quality. The higher roof terrace is a fantastic lounge area with unique lounge beds. A car can reach the house for shopping and parking is available on site.

The house was completely renovated in 2023 with every conceivable luxury. There is almost as much outdoor space as indoor space. All rooms have the latest generation of reversible air conditioning and fast WiFi. Whether you want to be adventurous, active, or just relax for a few days.

You will find beautiful beaches with ocher cliffs, bars and restaurants with varied cuisine and Algarve specialties and countless entertainment (excursions, ocean trips, water parks, world-class golf courses, water/land sports). In the authentic village of Ferragudo, both the city center and the beautiful beaches are within walking distance. In the village you will find all basic facilities and nice restaurants.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
