Luxury 8 person villa with pool on Pestana Gramacho GolfVery spacious 4 bedroom villa on Gramacho Golf Resort Carvoeiro with very cool views over the Vale da Pinta golf course. The villa has a large private pool, landscaped garden, several terraces, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, sunbeds by the pool and a roof terrace with fantastic views up to the hills of Monchique. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all rooms have sliding doors to a private (roof) terrace and have air conditioning, heating and large fitted wardrobes. The location is perfectly central with the beaches approx. 2 km away and the charming villages of Ferragudo and Carvoeiro just 3 km away. beautifully landscaped garden with private pool, several terraces and a large veranda. The large terrace has an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ and a Green Egg on the roof terrace. The villa has a fully equipped large open kitchen with a Nespresso machine, a large wooden dining table and a very spacious living room with fireplace and television. sliding doors to the veranda and garden. Parking is possible on its own fenced property, there is space for 4 cars. The villa is located exactly between the 3 different golf courses; Gramacho, Vale da Pinta and the 3rd track which is currently under construction. The resort has 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, swimming pools and a restaurant that can be used. A mini-supermarket for daily shopping is just a 2-minute walk away and the large supermarkets such as Auchan, Apolonia, Pingo Doce and Lidl are within walking distance. less than 5 minutes drive. Other nice cities nearby are Silves, Portimao/Praia da Rocha and Lagos.

But even as a non-golfer you can enjoy a wonderful holiday here with a nice swimming pool in front of the door and a tennis court around the corner.
