This charming villa is located on a small private estate overlooking the sandy beach of Praia Grande. It offers a magnificent view over the Atlantic Ocean, with its large furnished terrace it is the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The gardens lead to the private swimming pool with 10x4 meters (0.8 to 1.2 meters deep) with roman steps and the patio, with a small walk a little further through the gardens that lead you to the beach, accessed through a gate. Formerly a beekeeper's cottage, but now completely renovated into a modern and contemporary beach villa to an excellent level.

The open plan living room with dining table and kitchen leads to a terrace through glass doors. The living room has a lovely fireplace and the property also has air conditioning for warmer days. There is an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and two twin bedrooms which share a shower room. The shower rooms are finished to a very high standard. On the ground floor there is also a utility room.

This is an ideal property for family beach holidays, or for those who want to play golf on one of the area's many golf courses. The charming water village of Ferragudo, with shops and restaurants is located a short walk from the beach and the larger town of Portimão is only 6km from the villa.

There are a number of unprotected areas of various terraces and around the pool - young children should be supervised at all times. The pool was newly built in 2016 so the gardens are not yet mature.
