A cozy renovated apartment within walking distance of the center of picturesque Carvoeiro and the beach. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own private parking space and spacious south-facing terrace, so sun all day. You can also stay here in winter, the pallet stove in the living room provides warmth and coziness. The apartment has a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. The bedroom is spacious and has a queen bed. In the living room there is a sofa that can be used as a bed. The kitchen is small but offers everything you need during the holidays.

The apartment is located in a small and quiet neighborhood just outside the village. With a number of permanent residents and a number of holiday homes, it is always lively but not too busy.

Carvoeiro is a small seaside resort about three quarters of an hour's drive from Faro airport. For beach lovers it is truly a paradise, the lovely bays and the blue sea invite you for a wonderful swim!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

- Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

- Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

- Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

- Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

- Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

- If the tenant informs the tenant on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not use the property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.

Tax

Tourist tax must be paid at check-in. Depending on the season, this is a maximum of € 2 per person (over 12 years) per night for a maximum of 7 nights.
