Wonderfully spacious and fully enclosed terrace with access to the garden. Sun all day and what a view!
From the living floor you can walk outside to the fully enclosed terrace where the garden chairs with comfortable garden cushions, lounger and swing bench are ready.
From the large terrace you enter the garden via stairs
the Coffee is ready on a fully enclosed south-facing terrace. Accessible from the living room.

Compact but complete kitchen with Nespresso.
Also from the bedroom you look far away over the fields and hills. Sleep well!
The second bedroom is on the ground floor, just like the bathroom and toilet.

The garden rises slightly so that you can look far over the beautiful landscape. In the summer you can see the bright yellow mustard seed fields and in the winter they are regularly covered with a fresh layer of snow.
The backyard next to the house can be reached with a staircase next to the house. Or through the side of the house with a path. what a view!
The enclosed garden slopes upwards to a terrace with beautiful views of the hilly landscape.
Watch the sun set from the terrace at the top of the garden. Now that's enjoyment!
Walking from home Am Brunnen. This is the unobstructed view you are overlooking!
Walking with or without a dog is an experience in Sauerland.
