We have completely renovated this unique holiday home near Winterberg and converted it into a beautiful holiday home. The house is suitable for 8 to 14 people .
The house is located on the edge of the village, so you can walk straight into nature and within a 10-minute drive you can reach the ski slopes of Winterberg. Delicious!
Layout
It is a spacious house, even with 14 people. Of the 6 bedrooms, 4 have their own bathroom. There is one with a double sink and for the last room there is a separate bathroom .
On the ground floor there is a cozy living room, a large kitchen with a spacious dining room. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a bedroom with an attached bathroom.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, with bathrooms and a bedroom with separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, storage for ski equipment and a spacious playroom for the children. This includes, among other things: a football table, Playstation and a craft table with supplies.
Outside you will find a very spacious garden of approximately 16 meters wide and 100 meters deep. There is a garden set for 14 people and a barbecue. In addition, there are 2 sockets to charge an electric bicycle and there is a sled and motorized snow plow. At the back of the garden there are walking paths that lead you directly into the forest, and there is a football (artificial grass) field. There is a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool within walking distance. The house has a double garage with driveway, with space for 4 cars, on private property.
Children and safety
This house is child-proof. All sockets in the house are childproof, and the house also has a cot with mattress and bedding, changing mat, high chair, toilet reducer and hand blender.
