The detached villa is in the picturesque village Silbach about 5 kilometers from the center of Winterberg and 2.5 km from the ski slopes. In Silbach you will experience much peace and space to enjoy your holiday. Less than 300 meters from the villa you will find a small grocery store - including a bakery and a butcher, ATM and two cozy restaurants with a bar. From the villa you can walk into the woods for taking walks or -when snow is there- making cross-country skiing. Less than 5 minutes by car is the 9-hole golf course in Winterberg and Poppenberg where you can enter the ski resort of Winterberg which leads to the experience of the 27 slopes.

Upon entering the villa, you enter the hall with high wooden beamed ceilings. In the hall there is room to store your skis, hiking- and ski boots. In the hall is a toilet. Through the glass door you enter the living room.
The living room is characterized by a wooden beamed ceiling with a height of no less than 4.5 meters! The high glass walls give a very spatial effect and emphasize the fantastic panoramic view over the hills of the Sauerland. Through the French doors, the balconycan be accessed with a glass railing. In the living room the wood stove guarantees cozy evenings.
Central in the room is the solid oak table with eight comfortable chairs. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or playing board games with your friends and / or family.
The open kitchen is fully equipped including a refrigerator with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The oven with induction plate is located in the kitchen island. This puts you in direct contact with your friends and / or family during cooking or you can have fun with each other around the kitchen island preparing food or a drink.
The villa has four full-size double bedrooms whith a king-size box spring. One bedroom is on the ground floor and is perfect for people who do not prefer to walk stairs. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The other three bedrooms are located one floor below. Of these, one bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink. The other two bedrooms make use of the wellness room with shower, sink, sauna and a freestanding bathtub. Outside you will find the hot tub. On the ground floor is also a toilet.

The entire house has underfloor heating and is set in each room. One can park in front of the house.
Pets are not allowed.
Bedlinnen is included and will be fully taken care of, towels and kitchen towels are also provided. You do not need to bring anything!
