It is a large detached house with a lovely garden. You enter the hall in the house. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a cozy family table where you can comfortably sit with 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave / oven and an induction plate.

Next to the kitchen there is also a spacious living room with flatscreen TV and a chrome cast on the ground floor. The ground floor is also equipped with a new bathroom and a play / bedroom (with playstation!) With a sofa bed.

On the first floor there are two double rooms and a completely renovated bathroom. In the attic there is another double room and a 4-person room. The bedrooms are all equipped with luxury box spring beds that can be put together as desired or can be used as a single bed.

The whole house is completely renewed from the inside, just like the two bathrooms, in 2017/2018! In the basement there is space to store skis and / or bicycles. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the garden or sit under the spacious veranda. Because of the fantastic location of the house you have a beautiful view of Winterberg-Niedersfeld! Just 200 meters away is the beautiful Hillebachsee where you can swim, water ski or play or lie on the beach. In winter, the ski slopes are only 600 meters away from the house. The entry into the large Caroussel-Winterberg ski area is only 7 minutes away by car. The free ski bus stops 50 meters from the house.

Next to the house is a garage for you where you can park your car. In addition, there are 3 spacious parking spaces available.

In short, a very nice and very spacious renovated holiday home of more than 250m2 which is ideal for a large family or two families. Unfortunately we do not allow groups of youngsters and pets in the house.
