Am Brunnen is quietly located on the outskirts of the small village of Bleiwäsche, in the middle of the green Sauerland. A detached house with privacy, space and beautiful views over the valley.
The house has a warm, personal atmosphere: an eclectic mix of mid-century vintage and modern comfort, combined with natural materials and the rural character of the Sauerland. Not a standard holiday home, but a place with its own style and a relaxed, homely feel.
From the living room you step directly onto the spacious terrace. A small staircase leads to the slightly sloping garden of about 600 m². Both the terrace and the garden are fully fenced.
- Your dog is welcome. There are clean dog cushions, there is a water bowl ready and there are various sniffle rugs so that they too quickly feel at home.
We only ask not to let dogs on the bed and to use the plaid on the couch.

The area
From the house you can walk straight into nature. Forests, hills and quiet paths start almost on your doorstep. On clear mornings, there is often a light fog in the valley and you can mainly hear birds and the wind through the trees.
The historic half-timbered town of Brilon is nearby, with shops, cafés and restaurants. Just like Marsberg, Olsberg and Bad Wunnenberg at 8 minutes. Paderborn is also easily accessible for a day in the larger city.
Swimming (with a dog beach) is possible at the Diemelsee: a vast, clear lake for swimming, canoeing or enjoying the various beaches.
Then you return to the peace and quiet of the Sauerland.

Am Brunnen is especially suitable for guests who love nature, privacy and a house with character. A wonderful place for peace seekers, perfect for a couple with dog, but the house is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
Less suitable for those who expect park facilities or entertainment.
