Am Brunnen is a cozy detached holiday home, very quietly located on top of a hill with panoramic views. The house is comfortably furnished and suitable for a maximum of 3-4 people. Equipped with a living room with central heating and decorative fireplace, a small but fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, including a master bedroom on the first floor. The entire house is heated by a central heating system with radiators in every room. So it is comfortable to stay in every season. In the basement is the utility room with a large extra freezer and storage space for groceries. There you will also find a large sink and the new dishwasher and washing machine with worktop above.
There is a fully enclosed spacious terrace/garden at the front facing south. If you like privacy, you will love the green hedge, stone fence and large conifers and trees for the necessary shade in the summer. With dining table, comfortable chairs and a swing bench. Via a staircase next to the house you reach the sloping and enclosed garden of 600 m2. From the higher terrace you have a beautiful and undisturbed view of the rolling landscape. Numerous hiking trails start in front of the house and cycling and mountain biking are also popular in this area. In summer you can swim in the Diemelsee or the many open-air baths in the area.
We have special facilities for the dog, such as a washable cushion, a stretcher, food and water bowls. There are also various games and sniffing rugs in the closet. We do expect the dog not to sleep on the bed, but to use the available fat beds and plaids on the couch. We enjoy offering you and the dog a wonderful and relaxing holiday.
In short, a holiday with or without a dog. In Sauerland every season is a (nature) experience.
