Am Brunnen is a cozy detached holiday home, very quietly situated on top of a hill with panoramic views. The silence, the bird sounds and the beautiful surroundings ensure that you can completely relax.
The house is allergy-friendly and comfortable.
There are two bedrooms with good beds and mattresses (we think that is important ourselves)
You enter from the terrace in the spacious hall, on the left is the small bedroom with French bed and straight ahead the living room with kitchen. The bathroom with toilet is at the end of the hall. The main bedroom is on the first floor. The whole house is heated by a central heating system with radiators in every room. So every season is comfortable. In the basement is the utility room with a large extra freezer and storage space for groceries. There you will also find a large sink and the new dishwasher and washing machine with spacious worktop above.
There is a fully fenced spacious tiled terrace/garden to the front facing south. If you like privacy, you are in the right place with the green hedge, stone fence, large conifers and trees for the necessary shade in the summer. With dining table, comfortable chairs and a swing bench and lounger. A small staircase next to the house leads to the sloping and fenced lawn/garden of 600m2. From the higher terrace with seating you have a beautiful and undisturbed view over the rolling landscape. Numerous hiking trails start in front of the house and cycling and mountain biking are also popular in this area. In the summer you can swim in the Diemelsee or visit the beautiful half-timbered towns in the area.
We have special facilities for the dog such as a washable cushion, a stretcher, food and water bowls. There are also various games and snuffle rugs in the closet. We do expect the dog not to sleep on the bed, and to use the available fat beds and plaids on the couch. We are happy to offer you and the dog a wonderful and relaxing holiday.
The house does not (yet) have a separate parking space. You can park the car next to the house at the entrance of the terrace.
Holiday with or without a dog. In Sauerland, every season is a (nature) experience.
