Am Brunnen is quietly located on the outskirts of the small village of Bleiwäsche, in the middle of the green Sauerland. A detached holiday home with privacy, space and beautiful views over the valley.
The house has a warm, personal atmosphere with vintage elements, natural materials and modern comfort. Not a standard holiday home, but a place with its own style and a relaxed, homely feel.
From the living room you step directly onto the spacious terrace. Via a small staircase you reach the slightly sloping garden of approximately 600 m². Both the terrace and the garden are fully fenced.

The area
From the house you can walk straight into nature. Forests, hills and quiet paths start almost on your doorstep. On clear mornings, there is often a light mist in the valley and you can mainly hear birds and the wind through the trees.
The historic Hanseatic city of Brilon is nearby, as are Marsberg, Olsberg, Bad Wünnenberg and Willingen. Cozy terraces, shops, restaurants and half-timbered streets are all within easy reach.
Summer
On hot days, the Diemelsee is a wonderful place for swimming, sunbathing, boating or canoeing. There is also a special dog beach for dogs. In addition, the area offers plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, experiencing nature and excursions.
Then you return to the peace, space and view of Am Brunnen.
