Sauerland is a beautiful mountainous area in Germany and close to the Netherlands. This attractive and very luxurious holiday home is located in a beautiful location with unobstructed views over the mountains. You are really out. Hiking, skiing, good food, too much to mention! Wifi is available in the house. You also do not have to miss the Dutch TV channels. All Dutch TV channels can be viewed with the SMART TV (Netflix, etc.). Pet diets are not allowed.

The house is suitable for 2 to 4 people. The house is rented for a minimum of 3 nights. If you want to stay 2 nights, please contact us!

If you, as a parent, would like to rent a holiday home for a group of young people and/or children, we request that you choose another home. Our house is not intended and suitable for this.

The immediate vicinity is limited for young children 1 to 5 years old who are not yet allowed to play outside independently. There is a small play area at the first bend towards the valley. For children who are allowed to play outside independently, there is a football field at the youth hostel. This field can be reached at the end of the street through a piece of forest (20 meters). There are also table tennis tables. Bring your own bats.

To reach the house you have to climb a number of steps, pay attention to this.

In Willingen there are many activities for young people. Climbing wall, archery, tobogganing, swimming, skating (also in summer), carting, etc. etc.

Hello, We are Annette and Mike and our daughter and son. We are happy with our house in Willingen. A totally different world and yet so close to home. Skiing and hiking and plenty of activities for the kids. We often go to Willingen for a weekend. Within 3 hours we are at our destination. If you are going to use our house you will be amazed by the beautiful view. We enjoy that every time.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

You can rent the holiday home for a minimum of 3 nights.
Maximum 4 people.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price

cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
informs you that you will no longer use the rented property

Willingen has stolen our hearts. It's crazy that so close to home such a beautiful mountainous area. The town is nice. You can be tasty and little money for food in a friendly atmosphere. There are nice shops, not to mention 2 large supermarkets. For us an ideal place to get away from it all go. Each building has 4 apartments. The complex has 11 separate buildings which are well established. The apartment is situated against a mountain at 600 meters altitude.

The house is equipped with WiFi. Would you use it is that book there directly at. The cost is € 5, - per day for 5 days or longer € 25, -. You will receive the paper the login name and password. If you book for 6 days or longer with us the price to be received by you note corrected!

Pets are not allowed. Although we own a lot of pets, we have 2 times had a dog, we know that the air of a pet in fabric pulls. Congratulations to the following rented may oppose. To avoid problems, we decided not to join are pets. We count on your understanding.

It is not permitted to smoke in the apartment. We did a great alternative. In the living room is a door to covered balcony. Just a cigarette on the balcony and even enjoy the view, what more could you want!

In Schwalefeld kunt u lekker eten. Wij gaan vaak bij reataurant Göbel eten. Betaalbaar, aardige eigenaar en gezellige bediening. In de vakantieperiode is het wel raadzaam om een tefel te reserveren. Göbel vindt u in het dorpje onderaan de berg.

Willingen has a pleasant shopping. Many restaurants, from simple to luxurious. In the street you find such a pharmacy, sporting goods stores, shoe stores, clothing stores, jewelers, gift shops, banks with ATM.

In Willingen are two large supermarkets. Rewe (a type AH) and Lidl.

Willingen has its own brewery. It is well worth a visit.

Attention! There is 1 large bedroom with a double box spring and a bunk bed (see photos). The living room has a sofa bed of excellent quality, so the living room and 2nd bedroom to use.

After your stay, the house cleaned and checked. It is not allowed to furniture, beds, mattresses to move. We assume that you deal properly with our house. Unfortunately, a tenant in our house a havoc wreaked including deep scratches in the new laminate. We're very shocked! Should any damage be caused to the property, then the repair costs from the renter. Wear by the natural use is of course not.

Cancellation fees:
