Mersea is compact (75 m2) but tastefully decorated. Old and New are stylishly combined. In the living room there is a comfortable sitting area with rattan sofa and wooden furniture and a smart TV with streaming function. There is also a dining area with a round table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is small, but well equipped with Nespresso machine, kettle, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, blender, toaster and further cooking utensils.

There are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 at the rear of the house and offers a double bed 180 x 200. The bedroom has an en-suite intermediate room with an office and large wardrobes. Bedroom 2 located at the front has 2 single beds 2 x 90 x 200. Access to the bathroom is through the intermediate room. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The layout makes this holiday home ideal for 2 couples or a young family with 2 or 3 children. The entire apartment is air-conditioned and there are also some fans. On request you can hire a private chef, breakfast service or shopping service.

MerSea is part of a small-scale 3-apartment complex. It is located on the ground floor with a spacious terrace or garden of 100 m2. Due to the many windows, the indoor and outdoor spaces flow nicely into each other. A large sliding door connects the living room with the largely wooden terrace, full of Mediterranean plants, trees and flowers. There is a teak lounge set with balinese style parasol. An awning covers the terrace with a picnic table for 6 people. There are also 2 sun loungers, a BBQ and there is an outdoor shower and access to the beach.

Through your private garden you walk through a gate, cross the street and you are on the beach. So it is really only a 10 meter walk. On the beach you will find several beach clubs, but also public beaches. There is a water club where various water sports are offered.
