The beautifully located Provencal Villa Patrimoine was completely newly furnished in 2020 and has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, air conditioning! and beautiful heated swimming pool. The villa is ideally suited for a relaxing stay with family, or several families with children, with a total of 10-12 people.

The villa is located in a closed domaine, in a green and quiet part of the Côte d'Azur (without high-rise buildings), close to St-Tropez, Cannes and Nice. The heated private swimming pool and the short walking distance to both the sandy beach and the coastal town of San Peire (Les Issambres) give the great advantage that everyone can enjoy the holiday on the Côte d'Azur without daily car use, so in peace.

The many, partly covered, terraces of over 200m2 always provide sufficient shade and the opportunity to find a quiet spot.

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The villa has both a lockable, heatable outdoor swimming pool (9 x 4 meters with “plage” -20 cm shallow water) and an indoor swimming pool, based on natural salt instead of chlorine. So no irritation to skin or eyes. The indoor swimming pool of 3 x 4 meters is equipped with a counter-current system, so that you can swim endlessly. The Mediterranean garden (with figs, olives and plums) offers a beautiful sea view over the bay of Saint-Tropez and has spacious, partly covered terraces with luxurious and comfortable garden chairs, a barbecue, dining tables and sun loungers.

The villa is fully equipped and furnished with an eye for detail. There are electric shutters, satellite TV, Smart TV and WLAN. The kitchen is equipped with a Miele dishwasher, oven/microwave, fridge with separate freezer compartment, induction hob and fully automatic coffee maker. The bedrooms have ample closet space and first-class beds (Auping) ensure a good night's sleep.

Villa Patrimoine is a comfortable spacious house that has a lot to offer, partly due to its quiet location a short walk from both the sandy beach (with beach bars) and the coastal village of San Peire (Les Issambers) with all facilities and the marina. From this port there is a direct boat connection to Saint Tropez (12 minutes) and Cannes. Ideal for a relaxing family stay or several families with children. The villa is not rented to groups of young people.

Environment:

The villa is located on the coast of Les Issambres, next to Sainte Maxime and opposite St. Tropez. Les Issambres is known for its child-friendly beaches and is one of the quiet seaside resorts on the Côte d'Azur. Sainte Maxime is one of the nicest places on the Côte d'Azur. It has a beautiful marina with fresh fish every day, sandy beaches, bustling boulevards, nice shopping streets and many restaurants. Due to its central location, all famous places of the Côte d'Azur are easily accessible (Saint Tropez, Cannes, Nice) as well as many picturesque Provencal villages in the hinterland (St Tropez, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Lorgues, and Flayosc) . There are also vast and unspoilt nature reserves for endless walks and many rivers for canoe trips. And there are many beautiful golf courses in the area. Les Issambres also offers a range of water sports such as surfing, jet ski hire, sailing and water skiing.

Other:
On request, the outdoor pool can be heated and air conditioning can be used. A joint fee of €175 per week applies for this.
