The ferry will take you in 15 minutes to Saint Tropez. You will have a beautiful swimming pool on a private location of 1800 m2. Its south west-faced orientation allows morning, afternoon and evening sun on the terasse and the pool and will allow you to take full advantage of friendly aperitifs and majestic sunsets.Fully equipped and furnished, it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate 6 guests in optimal comfort. We have been in love with the South of France for over 30 years. When we had the chance to buy a house there a year ago, we went for it. We didn't regret it for a minute. We hope to have a wonderful vacation here with our children, friends and family. Being able to walk to the beach or the bakery gives a lot of freedom. You can also walk to the port to catch the ferry to St Tropez. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Explanation of the prices
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period:
35% of the rental price
cancellation less than 6 weeks and more than 1 week before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
If the tenant announces 1 week before the start of the rental period or only on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property,
he owes the full rental price (100%).
