The apartment was renovated in early 2014, cozy and comfortably furnished. There is air conditioning / inverter and underfloor heating. The bedroom has French doors with lots of privacy. Equipped with a super box spring of 180 x 200, plenty of closet space and a safe. The open kitchen is equipped with induction cooker, oven, a Senseo and Nespresso coffee maker, a washer / dryer, dishwasher and beautiful crockery and cutlery. There is a flat screen TV with all Dutch channels, radio, fast internet, wifi, an Ipod speaker. The bathroom is luxuriously finished with concrete ciré and has an Italian shower and nice bath towels. Furthermore, there are present a shopping cart, beach towels, beach bag, hair dryer.
At 100 meters walking is a public sandy beach that is kept clean every night, with sailing school where you can rent a sailboat or canoe. 200 meters away are nice beach bars where you can rent a bed and / or have lunch. At 5 minutes walk you have the botanical garden of Ste Maxime. Also at 5 minutes walk you are at the bakery with delicious bread and patisserie and chicken at the grill. Also a 5 minute walk you have a supermarket, this is, just like the bakery, open 7 days a week, and a (brom) bike rental. At 10 minutes walk you are in the village where summer and winter reign, with markets and many restaurants and terraces. At a 15 minute walk you are in the harbor where you can connect to St. Tropez throughout the year, even three times an hour in the summer to 1 am. From both Ste. Maxime as well as from St. Tropez you can make many boat trips, to Les Issambres, Cannes, but also to islands where you feel like the Caribbean (see bateau-vert). You can make a day trip to dive or a trip with a glass bottom boat. Cycling, hiking, golf, tennis, water sports, or just nothing at all .......
We are Paul and Saskia, 65 and 55+ years young. We sold our company 6 years ago. Crossed South France and especially Ste Maxime because of the fact that there is plenty to do all year round. We have not opted for a 'hufter proof' facility but we have cultivated and decorated it with lots of love and attention and hope that our tenants appreciate and respect this ambience and will enjoy it as much as we do and have a great time!

Real tenants, real opinions.
100% real tenants, real opinions.
Only renters who have booked through the Micazu booking calendar can write a review. Then we know for certain that the ratings are from tenants who have actually been in the holiday home.
We find reviews very important, both the positive and the negative. When evaluating your stay in a holiday home, we ask that you to take the following guidelines into account:
Reviews should be about the rented holiday home
The most useful reviews are detailed and help others make better decisions. We ask you to simply review the holiday home and leave other things out of the review.
Respect the privacy of others
Do not include email addresses, phone numbers, websites, social media accounts, and similar information from others in your review.
Reviews must be respectful
We expect you to write family friendly reviews.
This is not allowed:
Ratings that do not comply with our guidelines can be removed and will no longer be included in the average grade.
