Ground Floor
When entering through the front door on the east side of the chalet you walk in to a hall with two doors. One leads to the bathroom with luxury shower cabin, electrical heating, wash basin with furniture and toilet. In the hall you can hang up your coats, etc. The second leads through to the living and dining room on the left and the kitchen on the right. The kitchen has two separate parts. On the left side there's the oven and cooking area. On the right side you'll find the refridgerator, sink, dishwasher and microwave oven. There's a usefull by synthesis between two working areas That leads to the garden on the side of the norrth chalet.In the living room there's a flat screen satelite television with DVD and a (towing) and a couch seat. On the other side of the living room is the dining room with ample seats for 7 persons. Ofr course we did not forget our little visitors: there's a highchair for little children. Next to the dining corner you'll find the (gas) fire. On the left side of this fireplace is the stairway to the first floor.Between the dining corner and living room you will find the doors to the terrace-which is located on the south side of the chalet. Around this terrace is the 700 sq m garden with parking Possibility for 3 cars. A storage is located on the terrace. That's the place to store your skis but usefull contains the garden seats, etc.
First Floor
The cottage has three bedrooms. Two large double bedrooms and one little bedroom with a single large bed. All the rooms have a closet. 5 Persons can sleep on this first floor with new beds. Together with the sleeping couch in the living room it is possible to sleep with seven persons at one time in this chalet. The chalet has 2 bathrooms; One is situated on the first floor. The other on thje ground floor. The one on the first floor has a bath in How many followers you can ook shower. Of course you will find a usefull toilet and washbasin with furniture and electrical heating here.
Overall
There is ook a little bed in the cottage for babies untuil the age of 1.5 years old. The chalet can normally be Reached just fine allthough it is situated on 1600 meters above sea level. Therfore it is pretty sure for snowfall in winter times therfore you will allways need to bring snow chains with you while driving by car. The road to the chalet Nevertheless being kept clean from snow. The chalet stands free from other chalets but is located on a chalet park together with other chalets. The skislopes can be Reached by foot from the chalet. On the way to the slopes you will need to walk 200 meters. Most of the times it is possible to ski back to the chalet When there is enough snow. Down at the main elevator it is possible to rent ski gear and take lessons.In the summer the same elevator is being used by hikers. In that time you can also "fly" down the slopes in a toboggan run. There are a few restaurants near the chalet and at a distance of a 12 minute drive you can find the towns or Wolfsberg Bad St. Leonhard where there are more restaurants and shopping malls.Pets are not allowed in the chalet an the chalet is a non smoking chalet.Because there is a 3G wiFi router there is free internet in the chalet.

We are Annemieke and Erwin van Wijk from Gouda, The Netherlands. Since our childhood we went to different parts of Austria in our holidays. In 2011 we decided to buy this house. We really love it here. Extraordinary sights, lovely summers an in the winter only a 5-minute walk from the slopes. We highly recommend you to rent our nice chalet in the mountains!
