Welcome to Haus Fustanuki,
Our holiday home is distinguished by its luxurious finish, beautiful fireplace, large garden and of course the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. If you come with several families, the neighbors house can also be rented, see chalet Znowië on Micazu.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Austria in the still untouched authentic village of Kötschach-Mauthen. The garden faces south and you have left and right views of the mountain tops in Italy and Austria.

Kötschach-Mauthen is a quiet cozy village with several restaurants, supermarkets and a large swimming pool with wellness. It is known for the many hours of sunshine.

In summer you can enjoy a Mediterranean climate. In the summer day, the area is ideal for beautiful walks (on beautiful alpine pastures and beautiful clams), mountain biking, cycling (bicycle and mountain bike rental is available in Kötschach-Mauthen), golf (beautiful courses in Lienz and Waidegg, 15 minutes drive) , several long toboggan runs (Nassfeld and Lienz), swimming in the beautiful lakes and the modern swimming pool of Kötschach-Mauthen, rafting, motorcycling, mountain climbing (Kötschach-Mauthen is officially declared "Bergsteigerdorf"), visiting cities and many other possibilities. Thanks to the snow guarantee, the beautiful slopes and the modern lifts, Nassfeld belongs to the top 10 ski areas in Austria. Sonnenalp Nassfeld is known for the many hours of sunshine in the winter season. The ski areas of Lienz, Obertilliach, Weissensee, Heiligenblut and the Mölltaler Gletscher are also within reach.
