The house is located in one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Austria in the still untouched authentic village of Kötschach-Mauthen. The garden faces south and you have a view of the mountain peaks in Italy and Austria to the left and right.

Kötschach-Mauthen is a quiet cozy village with several restaurants, supermarkets and a large swimming pool with wellness. It is known for its many hours of sunshine.

In summer, you can enjoy a Mediterranean climate.
