Think of taking the lifts up, museums, a cruise on Lake Ossiach, tobogganing, crossing Villacher Alpenstraße, etc. But also discounts on swimming pools, access discounts for swimming lakes, etc.
Our holiday home is spread over a ground floor, first floor and an attic. The entire holiday home has underfloor heating. Through the patio doors in the living room you enter the 30 meter deep backyard which is due south.
The balcony of 2.50 meters deep also serves as a veranda. In summer, the veranda offers a sheltered spot from the sun. In winter you can sit outside here, without clearing snow. To keep the heat out, the roller shutters can be used. The car can be parked under the large carport so that it does not have to be cleared of snow.
For the children there is a large trampoline and a deep backyard.
At the back of the garden is a nice gift; A beautiful mountain stream where you can cool off and where you can relax in the shade. The children can enjoy building dams!
Ground floor
Through the hall straight ahead you enter the toilet with a laundry room behind it, with washing machine, where ski boots can also be stored. The underfloor heating provides warm shoes.
The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances; fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso coffee maker. The cozy dining area offers space for 5-6 people where you can have an extensive breakfast or have a cozy cheese fondue in the evening (fondue pan available).
In the living room there is a corner sofa and separate chair by the wood stove for cozy evenings. Of course there is also TV and WIFI connection.
1st Floor
The wooden staircase leads to the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double box spring and patio doors to a large balcony (2.50 x 5 meters). This gives a fantastic view to the mountains / ski meadow.
A large wardrobe and chest of drawers offer plenty of storage options. The other bedroom also has a 2-person box spring and a 1-person bed. A large wardrobe and a small chest of drawers provide ample storage space.

Seltschach is easy to reach by highway or through the mountains. The village has its own exit and the road to the house is kept free of snow. This means that up to 4 kilometers from the holiday home everything is highway and you don't have to cross a pass.
The unique thing about the Dreiländereck location is its central location between several ski areas. From the house am flat the main road. You don't have to go through a long valley to go out for a day. From Austria you can be in Italy and Slovenia in 15 minutes in just over 10 minutes. Don't forget to visit those countries either. The culture and atmosphere is really different from Austria.
Our holiday home is a bit further away in terms of kilometers than Tyrol or the Salzburgerland. On the other hand, we experience ourselves; after the exits of Zell am See, Saalbach in the north, the motorways are not overcrowded, even in the high season. In a short time you can travel all over Austria on the highway, without 80 km of back roads!
