The location of this holiday home is perfect. In a quiet neighborhood in the village less than 10 minutes walking distance from the sea, boulevard, restaurants and shops. The spacious swimming pool is also an asset. Inside, the air conditioners in every room are top notch!.
Still, I think the price/quality is insufficient. We paid a decent price, you expect certain conveniences with that. Everything outside the house would need to be renewed. By this I mean the sunbeds, parasols, lounge set (white cushions were soon grubby), a decent outdoor table with nice chairs. For 6 people really too few sitting/lying options....
The sun bubbles are broken and not comfortable....
A small investment by the landlord would make the house so much more enjoyable.
Furthermore, a tip to place thermostatic valves. You would expect that to be in order with the price of this house. Now you sometimes had the feeling that you were taking a shower at a campsite.
If the outdoor furniture would be replaced I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Nice house location good, however, after 3 days all taps were under 220 volts short circuit, this was solved after 2 days, a few days later again short circuit, socket solved again last few days short circuit half the house without power, no one seen anymore, house was very damp, continued to smell of moisture, no duvet covers on the beds, still some overdue maintenance
