Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

There is a surcharge of €55 for arrivals on public holidays, Sundays or arrivals after 8:00 PM.


    1. Cancellation
       The tenant can cancel the rental agreement in writing up to 60 days before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the deposit remains with the booking agent. If the cancellation is made within the period of 60 days preceding the rental period, the tenant will owe the full rental amount to the landlord.
