Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

There is an extra charge of 75€ for arrivals on public holidays, Sundays or arrivals after 20:00.


    1. Cancellation
      The tenant can cancel the rental agreement in writing up to 60 days before the start of the rental period. In case of cancellation by the tenant, the deposit remains in the possession of the booking agent. If the cancellation is made within the period of 60 days preceding the rental period, the tenant will owe the full rental amount to the landlord.
