Behind this bathroom is the laundry room with a new Bosch washing machine.
The laundry room has a direct exit to the garden behind the house where the clothesline is to hang the laundry. Cleaning supplies, broom, mop, bucket, clothespins, etc. are provided.
Casa Monte Cabal is located in a neighborhood on the outskirts of the small village of Sagra, close to the road that leads through the valley to Dénia.
The gazebo can be used for storing bicycles.
The villa has a fully fenced garden with maximum privacy.
