Our 'Casa Catinca Cullera' is a beach house right on Spain's famous 'Costa del Azahar', the 'Coast of the Orange Blossom' in the Gulf of Valencia.
On two floors you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living and dining room, a TV room, two balconies with views of the sea and the mountains, two large terraces, an outdoor kitchen with paellero, a flowered garden and many other amenities. The house is only a few steps away from a well-kept and guarded beach, to which it has its own direct access.

On the ground floor there are - in addition to a bathroom with shower and washing machine - two bedrooms with double beds and a shaded lounge that opens to the front garden to circulate the cool sea air. In addition, there is a small outdoor kitchen. Upstairs there is another bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, a living/dining room with armchairs, balcony and sea view, another bedroom with large double bed and a TV room with sofa bed (pull-out).

This is my family's holiday home. We ourselves have been coming to Cullera for many years and love the house and the area. It was built by Aunt Katinka, after whom it is also named, and who has fulfilled a dream.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the guest wants to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the host by email (even if they have already informed the host by phone, for example). Depending on the date of the written cancellation by the guest, the host will charge the following amounts:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the guest informs the host only at the beginning of the rental or during the rental period that he or she will not use the rental property (any longer), he remains liable to pay the full rental price.
