This villa in Monte Pego (Costa Blanca) is located in a beautiful and quiet area with great panoramic views and sea views. Includes a private swimming pool and private parking that can be closed with a gate. The property also features a garden with palm trees.

The villa has 3 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) with a total of 6 beds, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen with small bar, a nice bright living room (with air conditioning) with patio doors to the terrace. Downstairs by the pool is another larger terrace with a lounge sofa and a built-in BBQ. Great for BBQ in the Spanish sun!

The house is near the beach (15 min. drive). There are several supermarkets nearby (10 min. drive). The house is located in the middle of the Costa Blanca with many nice villages such as Denia, Javea, Moraira etc. nearby. A perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.

We have a family home in Spain. We often try to go to Spain ourselves, but unfortunately we still have to work sometimes, which is why we also rent it out :-)

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

- cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- cancellation less than 2 months before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
