Villa Nadine

The villa is located in Tossal Gros, on a green, quiet mountainside covered with beautiful villas, near the quiet seaside resort of Oliva with beautiful sandy beaches.

The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everyone has their privacy, as the rooms are not next to each other. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a separate single bed.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with new oven and stove. One bathroom has a shower, sink and bath, the other only a sink and shower. Both bathrooms have a toilet.
In the garden there is a lovely private swimming pool (8x4 meters), which is cleaned weekly.

The area is very quiet and green, the villa is located on the edge of a forest in a cul-de-sac. Yet there is plenty to discover in the area. Denia is 20 kilometers away, Gandia 10 kilometers away, even Javea, Calpe and Moraira are not far away. Oliva itself is a typical Spanish town, not yet overrun by mass tourism with a wide, long sandy beach (blue flag). Valencia (70 km) can be visited by car or train. Javea and Denia are fashionable seaside resorts. From Denia you can go on trips to Ibiza and Formentera.

In the naya you can enjoy breakfast with the sun rising from behind the mountains. There is also a roof terrace with lounge chairs for those who just can't get enough of the sun that shines here 300 days a year.
DVD, TV (international channels), internet, iron, washing machine, vacuum cleaner,... Everything is there for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters.
Sheets, bed linen are provided. Towel service (5 euros/pp, 2 towels/pp).
For short-term rentals, electricity, oil and water are included in the price. For rentals of 1 month or more, this will be charged according to consumption. 
There is a carport where the car is fresh and plenty of parking space on the street.
The region is also very popular with golfers and cyclists. Well-known cycling teams come here for training camp. Bicycles can be rented in Oliva or Denia.
We do not accept partying young people (the neighbors appreciate their peace and quiet).
In accordance with the legislation, the period for tourist rentals in the Comunidad Valencia is limited to 10 nights.
Stays of more than 10 nights are considered seasonal rentals according to Legislative Decree 9/2024 of the Comunidad Valencia. A seasonal rental contract will be drawn up.
