A place to completely relax. Located in picturesque Pego, you can fully enjoy the peace and quiet here.
The house is completely private with an incredible sea view. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and was renovated in 2025, with this we have managed to create that cozy Ibiza style.
From the private swimming pool with lounge area, BBQ and lounge beds you can look away beautifully and enjoy a sunny afternoon at home.
In the evening you can move yourself to the upstairs terrace where you can enjoy a drink and enjoy those long Spanish summer evenings.
Each room has air conditioning and there is the possibility to park two cars.
Because our house is centrally located, you can go in all directions. A 10-minute drive away you will find the supermarket and the village of Pego where there is not one but several top restaurants. A 15-minute drive away is the cozy village of Oliva with a beach that is wonderfully quiet even in summer.
If you prefer a little more excitement, you can be in the center of Denia within 20 minutes. Take the boat to Ibiza or enjoy one of the delicious restaurants.
From beautiful walking parks to cozy shopping streets, it is all within easy reach from our villa.
