The villa is located 1 1/2 km from the town of Barx, where there is a restaurant and also a few shops where you can go for your basic necessities; for more extensive supplies, the large coastal city of Gandia is within easy reach.
The interior is luxuriously furnished, the comfortable living/dining room has a sliding door to the pool/terrace at the front. The kitchen is well equipped and has sliding doors to the south terrace where there is a marble table and chairs overlooking the valley.
By the pool there is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue to enjoy life outside. Also by the pool a shower area to shower in privacy under the blue sunny sky or starry sky.
