Fireworks Show every summer for more than half an hour. Visible from the beach of Altea or as a party boat.
Fustera beach (700m walk).
The Montgo mountain.
Golf club Ifach (9 holes) is only 5.7 km from the villa. One of the many golf courses in the area.
The almost one thousand year old village Guadelest (35 km from the villa) is completely situated around the castle. The castle, simply called El Castell de Guadalest, has for years been an important defense point of the Moors against the Spaniards.

On the terrace you can relax on the Ibiza lounge sofa and the comfortable armchairs
later in the afternoon this is an excellent place for an aperitif.
In the Ibiza corner it is wonderful to have a drink and you have an overview of the swimming pool. From three o'clock in the afternoon in the shade. There is a parasol for cooling.

Ample parking and plot is fenced for privacy. plot is 1350m2 and little to no disturbance from the neighbors. Our house is located in a cul de sac.
