Luxury apartment with frontal sea view, located on the marina of Calpe with a beautiful swimming pool with a view to Benidorm and right next to the famous rock ifach with a choice of 3 beaches, you have everything close by, no car needed, shops, restaurants, you can also find beautiful walks from there and of course climb the ifach

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, 1 large bedroom, living room with fixed sofa bed and cupboard, lounge, open kitchen fully equipped (fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, oven, electric fire and washing machine, entrance hall, bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 sinks and veranda with glass curtain that you can open completely, dining area and sunbeds, free wifi and Dutch-language TV or TV Vlaanderen in consultation.
