Casa Atónito is located on the 'campo', built in Spanish villa style. The entire house, divided into a ground floor, first and second floor, is located in a rural area. There is a covered terrace both downstairs and upstairs of this small-scale complex. It has a beautiful view with the swimming pool, pool terrace, jacuzzi and the lower garden with lawn, olive and citrus trees and the gazebo/gazebo. There is also a small outdoor bar with refrigerator and a seating area with fire basket.

The village of Benissa with all its amenities such as shops, supermarkets, petrol pumps, banks and pharmacy is only a few minutes away by car. The nearest sandy beach can only be reached within 10 minutes by car. A (rental) car is recommended because taxis are scarce in the area.
It is useful to know that the garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi require weekly maintenance, even when there are guests.
