Beautiful apartment with frontal sea view in the old Calpe with garage space located at the beginning of the shopping street above restaurant Capri on the 2nd floor (4 kl stairs) winter and summer alive !!!
entrance hall with cloakroom, bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, electric fire with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and washing machine, with dining area and leather lounge, bathroom with shower, Dutch TV, wifi , air conditioning and beautiful south-facing terrace with table and 4 chairs overlooking the sea.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

When booking, a 30% deposit is requested, the rest 6 weeks before your holiday.
On arrival 300 euros deposit for 1 week, 400 euros for 2 weeks, 500 euros for 3 weeks and more
Final cleaning 85 euros, electricity 5/day, linen packages rental 25 euros/pers.
