From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the valley. The dawn and sunset in particular are simply breathtaking to behold.
Welcome to Casa del Algarrobo, located in Los Capitos, province of Andalusia. Near Torre del Mar (coastal town) and Canillas de Aceituno. Via the path down, our house is located at the end of the path. First you will find the entrance to the larger house via the entrance as shown.
From the bedroom on the 1st floor you have access to your own balcony.

From the entrance you enter the cozy living room. If you walk through the hallway, you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. You go up the stairs to the large bedroom. Furthermore, the house has a large kitchen with all modern amenities.

Via the stairs in the living room you go to the bedroom on the 1st floor. This bedroom is unique in the sense that it has air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and a private balcony overlooking the valley.
There is another bedroom directly adjacent to the terrace. The terrace can be closed via the fence.

Through the living room you enter the double bedroom. This bedroom has air conditioning. You enter the bathroom through the bedroom.

You reach the private swimming pool via a staircase on the terrace, which runs along the lower house.
The terrace is the central point of both houses. Directly accessible from both houses. Via the front door of the lower house, and a spiral staircase from the balcony of the higher house. Here you can get together as a group and have a BBQ.

Loungers by the pool offer the desired comfort either in the sun or in the shade of the Algarrobo tree.
Our house is located on a footpath where several other houses are located. Our house is located at the very bottom
The two residential units are connected by the large communal terrace. Everyone comes together here for snacks and drinks. There is a barbecue on the terrace. You can reach the private swimming pool via the stairs behind the smaller house.

View of the spacious private swimming pool from the terrace. You walk to the swimming pool via a staircase from the terrace. It is therefore accessible to both residential units.
The nearest beach (the Costa del Sol) is Playa Torre del Mar, a 15-minute drive from our home. A coastal town that is pleasantly busy in the summer, with countless shops, cozy bars, cafes and restaurants.

Our property is located in the mountains of the Sierra Tejeda nature reserve. There are several car and walking routes that pass through characteristic villages. One of those villages is Canillas de Aceituno, the nearest village (approx. 10 minutes by car).

The high table (drink bar) is easy to move, but looks great next to the pool under the two palms.
There are 6 sunbeds by the pool to enjoy the sun.
But the hammock is also great for relaxation.
Finished swimming... continue enjoying the outdoor bar!
There is a lounge set under the veranda. Comfortable lounging, but not in full sun.
Tastefully decorated. Cloths and bamboo slats provide some extra shade if desired
Fine pergola; some curtains that flutter in the wind, the top can be closed to get some more shade.
The living room is spacious and light. The soft leather corner sofa is comfortable.
A small stereo tower with CD player (CD's available in abundance), if you are tired of streaming.
Well, you won't be inside much in the summer. Still an impression of how atmospheric an evening can look like, for example with the cozy fireplace

The master bedroom is spacious and attractively furnished.
Of course an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with sink, toilet and rain shower.
Bedroom 2 is the smallest bedroom, but with almost 20m2 still spacious. The beds can easily be converted into a double bed if desired. Of course also here 2 built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 is a spacious bedroom. Also applies here; you can easily make 2x a single bed of the 2-person bed
There is also a central bathroom; toilet, bidet, bath and washbasin. The bathroom is located between bedroom 2 and 3
A kitchen that is fully equipped; oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, smoothie maker, mixer, stone grill/gourmet and, of course, crockery with a palm motif

We prefer this route from the highway. Via Velez-Malaga can also be useful, then you can stop at the lidl. The picture shows that you can get to the house in different ways.

The spacious patio is a unique place to eat 'al fresco'.

There is a full summer kitchen in the patio. Cooker, BBQ, oven, refrigerator, freezer, large gas paella pan, sink and all possible kitchen utensils make it perfectly possible to cook outside if you wish.
On cooler evenings the patio can be closed off.
You can then make it cozy with the wood stove. There is TV and WIFI in the patio.
You can set up the salon any way you want, there is plenty of room.
