From the entrance hall you enter a stylish open plan living and dining area which leads to an internal patio and the modern fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer etc) On this level there is also a shower with toilet. All 5 bedrooms are on the first floor, along with 3 shower rooms, (2 en-suite). On the next floor is the spacious roof terrace, with a large sofa and table/umbrellas/2 sunbeds to enjoy the beautiful sunsets in a relaxed atmosphere.
Due to the location of this property we must respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, therefore this house is not suitable as a `party' venue.
It is possible to heat the pool. Price for this on request.
