El Olivo is a cottage suitable for 1-4 people.

It consists of a living room with integrated kitchen and sofa bed, a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a private terrace. It is part of a small rural complex, which shares common areas: garden/terraces, swimming pool, barbecue and parking with three other houses.

The house has electric heating, wood burning stove, air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, hob, microwave, blender, juicer, espresso machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils for 4 people.

Extra facilities: the complex also has a sauna. This service is optional and not included in the price of the house; available upon request/reservation.

We have been coming together in Spain for 20 years and it has always been itching to live and work where we can enjoy the outdoors, the sun and the more relaxed atmosphere. in 1997 we finally made the decision and we found our dream place. Since January of 2019 we have settled in Durcal, part of Valle de Lecrin, with a wonderful micro climate. Our location is convenient to the Sierra Nevada (ski), Costa Tropical (beach) and Granada (la Alhambra).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Booking conditions:
If the house you have chosen is available in the requested period, you will receive a pre-reservation form from us via e-mail. Of course, we will contact you in advance and the following information is required: your full name, an ID number, e-mail address and mobile phone number.

At that time, it concerns a pre-aception and blocking in our calendar. As soon as we have received the 30% deposit from you within 48 hours, the reservation will remain in the agenda. You will receive a confirmation of this. In the event of a later payment, we are forced to cancel the blocked pre-reservation and the final reservation cannot be guaranteed!

Cancellations:
- if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, we will refund the 30% deposit ;
- If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, we will not refund the deposit .

general:
- check-in time: 16.00 - 22.00 hours, check-out time: 08.00 - 11.00 hours, other times in consultation;
- Residual payment (70%) to be paid at the location;
- Pets are unfortunately not allowed;
- smoking in the house is prohibited;
- we do not accept parties and celebrations;
- No visitors from outside may be invited.

The Lecrin Valley is a place with a high level of landscape in the south of Granada, between the Costa Tropical and the capital. Perfect to rest at any time of the year due to its microclimate and south orientation. A small tourist area between two nature parks, whose beauty, location, history and people do not leave anyone indifferent. our casa rural is: - very close to las Alpujarras, 10 minutes; - 20 minutes from Granada, the historic center and the Alhambra; - within 30 minutes from the Costa Tropical; - only 45 minutes from the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. Welcome to the best natural environment of Granada!
