Spacious and comfortable villa with private pool and breathtaking panorama of the mountains. The villa is easily accessible via a short, paved road. The location is ideal with the village of Cómpeta a 10-minute drive away, the beach about 20 minutes and Malaga just under an hour. Outside you can enjoy the swimming pool and relax on a sun bed. Under the canopy is a spacious lounge sofa and a table for a cozy meal. Shelter and umbrellas provide plenty of shade. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas BBQ. The villa is very comfortable in winter and summer. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (also for heating) and in the living room is a wood burning stove. Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen contains all the necessary appliances, such as a fridge-freezer, a wine cooler with 2 cooling zones, microwave, Nespresso, blender, hand blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, etc. There is super fast wifi (over 300 Mbs) with reception throughout the house and also a large part of the garden and the TV has all Dutch channels plus BBC and Netflix. There is also a DVD player with a large collection of DVDs for young and old, and there are books and board games. For a workation, there is a good desk chair and also a laptop stand. These can be set up on request.

The area offers many recreational and cultural opportunities. For example, you can enjoy hiking or cycling (for rent in Cómpeta) in the mountains. The white village of Cómpeta is picturesque and has several shops and many bars and restaurants. There are many beaches. The nearest are Torrox Costa and Nerja Costa, both about 25 minutes away. In winter you can ski in the Sierra Nevada (less than 2 hours away). For culture, shopping and gastronomy you go to Malaga. There is a lot to discover. In the house you will find tips for walks, beaches, restaurants, markets, etc. in the 'welcome folder'.

Hello, we are Robert and Margot. In February 2023 we bought our villa after renting a house for 2 years. We fell in love instantly. The mountains, the views, the hiking, the skiing in the Sierra Nevada, the atmosphere in Cómpeta, the rich culture in Malaga, Cordoba and Granada, the beaches, the delicious food and above all, the tranquility. We wanted to enjoy this more and then preferably from our own home and we succeeded. We hope you will enjoy this as much as we do!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
