This cozy apartment has a very spacious terrace with seating and sunbeds and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and a fully equipped kitchen that is fully equipped. It is located in a sought-after and green urbanization in the Torrecilla area. The urbanization is car-free and quiet.

There is a good free Wifi connection (fiber optic) and television with international channels for our guests. Air conditioning is available in the living room and master bedroom.

All facilities such as tapas bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are within walking distance of the apartment. You can park your car for free in the street or surrounding streets. There is a public parking near the apartment, the costs were €1 per day in 2024.

Note: the intention is to remove the bath in the spring of 2025 and to install a walk-in shower in this apartment.

After 15 years in the Netherlands and Spain have been working in the tourism I wanted the passion for tourism like to convey the message in their own business. In 2014 my dream came true. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

All our prices include:
-water
- electricity (with the exception of winter period)
-Bed linen
- bath linen
- kitchen linen
- good Wifi connection
- satellite television with international channels

Air conditioning: 105kW per week free, the costs for additional consumption are €0.45 per kW. A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.

From November 1st to April 1st of each year, electricity is NOT included in the price. We provide our guests with 7.5kW per day free use of electricity. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kW. A valid credit card must be presented on arrival for the electricity bill(s).

It is mandatory to report all guests when booking, including babies and children up to 2 years old as guests.
