New luxury finished apartment in a small complex for a wonderful holiday in Nerja, southern Spain within walking distance of the center and the beach

This tastefully decorated apartment with partly covered terrace is completely new and has a modern and luxurious finish. It is located in a quiet small-scale complex with communal swimming pool about 1 km from the famous Burriana beach and the lively center of Nerja. An ideal place for a wonderful beach holiday in Nerja, southern Spain or to discover Andalusia from here. The modern living room has a sitting area, smart TV, dining area for 4 people, closet with full folding bed and fully equipped open kitchen.

From the living room you can go through one of the sliding doors to the spacious terrace with dining table and 2 sun loungers and large awning. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped such as fridge-freezer, 4 burner induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine. There is a washing machine in a separate cupboard. Bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The entire house is equipped with an air conditioning / heating system and there is free Wifi. Outside Partly covered terrace with dining table for 6 people and 2 sunbeds.

There is a communal swimming pool with 6 sunbeds and parasols. Parking in private parking space in the lockable parking garage of the complex

We are Geert-Jan & Nanda Westerweele and live in the Netherlands. We have a family with 4 children and enjoy traveling and holidays in addition to our work. After we bought our apartment in France in 2017, we got a taste for it and started looking for the next wonderful place to share it with others.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The basic price includes:

* energy costs including use of air conditioning. The tenant is expected to use energy carefully

* washing machine use is included

* Free Wifi/internet

* Smart TV with possibility for streaming services

* Beds made on arrival

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 50% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 75% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 100%. of the rent.

If the swimming pool is (temporarily) inaccessible during the rental period due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, no refund of the rent will be made.

At about 1 km away you will find the Burriana beach. A beautiful beach with many beach bars and a boulevard.

Just outside Nerja you will find nice authentic villages to walk through and enjoy delicious food. Eg Figilana and Competa

In the center of Nerja you will find the Balcon de Europa, a wonderful place to be in the evening, get an ice cream or eat in one of the many restaurants.
