The apartment has a covered terrace and is modern and luxuriously finished and is equipped with air conditioning. The complex has a communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. Sunbeds and umbrellas (6 pieces) available.

The trendy living room and bedroom are in Ibiza style, has a sitting area, a nice place with bar stools for 2 people, smart TV and fully equipped open kitchen.
The spacious indoor balcony is accessible through one of the sliding doors.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The basic price includes:

Energy costs including use of air conditioning. The tenant is expected to use energy carefully.
Washing machine use is included.
Free Wifi/internet.
Smart TV with the possibility of streaming services.
Beds made on arrival.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
