Spacious holiday home in Nerja with three terraces and stunning views
Welcome to Casa No Spang: a spacious and comfortable holiday home for up to six people, located in a quiet residential area of Nerja. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning and no less than three terraces. A nice place for a holiday with family or friends.
Enjoy the sun on the spacious roof terrace, relax on the lounge sofa at the front or find the coolness in the cozy patio.
Living room and kitchen
On the ground floor are the cozy living room, the modern open kitchen and a separate toilet. Thanks to the air conditioning for cooling and heating and the underfloor heating, the living room is comfortable in every season.

The modern open kitchen is fully equipped:

Through the sliding doors you reach the spacious terrace at the front with a lounge sofa and dining table. At the rear is a cozy patio with a bench, four chairs and two tables. The washing machine is located in the storage room behind the house.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms
There are three bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning for both cooling and heating.

- Bedroom with two single beds, wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink
- Bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe
In the hallway there is a second, separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Spacious roof terrace with sea and mountain views
From one of the bedrooms you reach the spacious roof terrace via the stairs. Here are comfortable sunbeds and a table with chairs, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink under the umbrella. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the mountains, Nerja and the sea.
A wonderful place to sunbathe, quietly read a book or end the day with the setting sun.
Swimming pool and parking
The residential complex has a communal swimming pool. This is usually open from mid-May to early or mid-October. The exact opening period depends on the season.
Free parking is available in the private parking lot. There is also a bus stop within walking distance.
Location
Casa No Spang is located in a quiet area of Nerja, about two kilometers from the Burriana beach and the cozy center. Nerja is known for its beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants and the famous Balcón de Europa. The area also offers plenty of opportunities for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers.
Prices and additional costs
The rental price is, depending on the period, € 675 to € 1,395 per week. The final cleaning costs € 115 per stay and the deposit is € 300.
The rental price includes made beds, towels, kitchen towels, internet, IP TV and normal use of water and electricity.
For stays of several consecutive weeks, we offer a more attractive rate outside the high season. Check our current offers and availability for the price of your desired period of stay.
