Luxury apartment with large balcony

This brand new 3-bedroom apartment was completed in May 2023. It is located on the Hacienda el Sueno resort, a 5-minute drive from La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola.
Beaches, shops and restaurants are all a 5 minute drive away too, so you will need a car. But then you are assured of a holiday in a rustic place, far away from all the hustle and bustle.

The apartment has a glass facade spanning the entire width, providing plenty of light. The decor is modern and attractive and the balcony is very spacious, with glass balustrades giving you a good view of the mountains, sea and the skyline of Fuengirola.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double sink and walk-in shower. There is a separate bathroom, also with a double sink and shower and a separate toilet. There are 6 beds, 2 of which are 70 cm wide. These are actually only suitable for children, or for 1 adult if they are made into a bed of 140 cm wide.

If you want to watch Netflix or work, for example, you can do so with the excellent WiFi. The reception is also excellent on the balcony. All Dutch and Belgian TV channels can be viewed via NLziet. There are also games and Dutch magazines available.

The resort offers various facilities such as a swimming pool with sun loungers, restaurant, fitness, sauna, laundry and a playground. The restaurant is highly recommended, with delicious, affordable dishes and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
