Colinas de Procusan

Our beautiful apartment is located in the mountains, but not far from the (shopping) center and sea. Because the apartment is located higher (about 200m), you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and you look out over Málaga, Torremolinos and Benálmadena. From Málaga airport you can get there in about fifteen minutes. Rincon de la Victoria is a town not yet dominated by tourism, but where there is plenty of entertainment for the whole family.

From the apartment you can drive within 10 minutes to a large indoor shopping center where a very large supermarket (Carrefour), various clothing stores, restaurants and cinemas can be found. The beautiful (sandy) beach can be reached within fifteen minutes.
If you want to visit the famous seaside resorts of Torremolinos, Benalmádena and Nerja, then you are in the right place. But also the small, but very beautiful mountain villages can be reached within half an hour.

The apartment also has a covered parking garage, where you have your own parking space. The elevator takes you directly to your apartment; handy if you have done your shopping! The beautiful swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. There is always supervision here and only residents of the apartment complex have access to this swimming pool, which is very well maintained.

Good to know: Rincon de la Victoria is not yet a tourist attraction and the beach is wonderful! A 10-minute drive from the apartment! The center of Málaga is 20 minutes away by car.

Not only beach and shops, but also amusement parks and mountains are a short distance away, so there is always something fun to do for the whole family! There is a very nice water slide park within a 20 min drive! You can look for both peace and entertainment. Due to the mild climate, Málaga is very suitable for wintering.
