It is ideal for families with children. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bachelor parties, birthdays, communions or other similar celebrations can be arranged on request (and at an additional cost). Check-in is free until 22:00 and after 22:00 for an extra fee.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the owner by email (even if they have already communicated this by phone). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the tenant's written cancellation date:

If the tenant cancels the contract up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, they must pay 40% of the rental price, if they cancel from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, 90%.

If the tenant informs the landlord on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will not use the rented item, the full rental price must be paid.
