Casa Las Brisas is a beautiful holiday home that has a lot to offer. The spectacular view alone, over the mountains to the Mediterranean, is enough to melt your heart. The nearest village (1 km) Comares was voted 'Pueblo Magico d'España' and you will understand that immediately after your first visit.
Casa Las Brisas is located in one of the most beautiful places of La Axarquia, surrounded by beautiful nature, but not too far from the beaches and all the famous Andalusian tourist highlights, which are only a day trip away from the house. offers privacy, several terraces (even a roof terrace), an Andalusian patio and covered parking. When you pass the entrance gate, a colorful garden on different levels, with tropical plants and traditional trees, leads you to the house.
The first thing you see is a beautiful, covered terrace with a cozy sitting area and patio heater. On the right is an open terrace. There is also a lovely roof terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sunset.
When you enter the house, you immediately feel a pleasant sense of cosiness, especially when you see the bright, comfortable living room with fireplace and dining area. Everywhere there are beautiful details that give you a warm and welcoming feeling. There is a large smart TV with Netflix and you have air conditioning. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a stone worktop, a dishwasher, and kitchen appliances. Of course there is an oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, stove and all the kitchen utensils you need.
The bathroom next to the living room is spacious and has a walk-in shower, bath, bidet, toilet and sink. The hall, which can also serve as an office (there is a desk, printer, library and can be heated separately), leads to the 3 bedrooms and on the other side to the Andalusian patio, where there is a second bathroom and the entrance to the pool area.
The bedrooms are furnished with great attention to detail. There are 2 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. (1 double bedroom is connected to the bedroom with 2 single beds). The master bedroom has a wardrobe and the other two rooms have clothes racks and chests of drawers. Each bedroom has air conditioning and mosquito nets.
The Andalusian patio is a wonderful place to sit quietly and enjoy an aperitif. There is a table, chairs and a parasol. The typical patio gives access to the pool and the second bathroom. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a washing machine and a second fridge so you can enjoy a fresh drink while lounging by the pool.
The pool area is really beautiful. You have total privacy here because you can only enter it from the house or from the garden through a lockable door. There is a shower, sun beds, a garden table with chairs, umbrellas, pool toys and last but not least, a pool bar and a gas barbecue. The pool terrace has a balcony with Spanish arches and you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The whole property is fenced, making it ideal to bring your pet. There is outdoor lighting throughout.
The pretty white village of Comares has been declared 'Pueblo Magico d'España' and is often referred to as 'The Pearl of the Axarquia'. There are cozy restaurants and bars, a supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in a wood-burning oven!), banks, a pharmacy and an ATM. Follow the ceramic footsteps and discover the Moorish past in the narrow alleys of Comares. Those who like to play padel can do this for free on the sports field in the village. At the multi-award winning beach of Torre del Mar (+/-40 min drive) you will find many nice beach restaurants where you can enjoy crackling fresh fish.Velez- Malaga, next to Torre del Mar, has a large commercial center and many supermarkets. Nerja, tourist center of the Costa del Sol, with its famous caves, is about 50 minutes drive from the house. Málaga, pearl of gastronomy and culture is only an hour's drive away. Visit one of the many museums, a real Flamenco show or 'shop till you drop' in the famous Calle Larios. Málaga really has something for everyone and every visitor will fall in love with this pleasant, cozy and beautiful city.Casa Las Brisas is also perfectly located to visit other parts of Andalusia. Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita) or the Caminito del Rey are all easy to visit in a day trip.
