Our apartment has a swimming pool where a lifeguard is always present (this is mandatory in Spain). There is no toddler/children's pool. There are plenty of parasols on the lawn to provide shade. The garden is very well maintained. The swimming pool is open from early June to mid-September
This is the 'ramp' from which goes to the big apartment. A beautiful view of mountains and sea. Through this way you drive the underground parking garage where you have your own parking space.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer combination, microwave, dishwasher, hood and oven. Furthermore, there is an extensive inventory.
The kitchen has a stone worktop. From the kitchen you go to the laundry room with washing machine.
The living room is separate from the kitchen. Lots of light enters here from the terrace.
From the living room you step through the sliding doors onto the large terrace, with a view of the sea.

This is the 'boulevard' that you see from the kitchen window at the front of the apartment. Here the children can play safely.
This is the beach of Rincon de la Victoria. This can be reached by car. From the apartment in about 10 minutes Parking in the area is free.
Rincon has a sandy beach where it is gorgeous. On the promenade are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. You can also pin here. From Rincon you can make a nice walk through the caves to another beach.
Near the apartment, about 5 minutes by car, is a very big shopping mall. Here you will find ATMs, (clothing) shops (including Zara, Stradivarius, drugstores and a big supermarket. There is also a McDonalds and gas station. You can park for free here.
Malaga is a beautiful county and city. You drive from the apartment in about 20 min to Malaga center. Here is plenty to see, play and eat and drink.

La Tierra Sur Beach House Malaga El Palo is a beautifully restored authentic fisherman's house from 1948 and is located in a quiet pedestrian street.
This house is also very suitable for a longer stay. We have a separate lockable office on the ground floor, equipped with a table, office chair and armchair. There is another workplace on the 1st floor. This makes it extremely suitable for 'working from home' or a 'workaction' from sunny Malaga.
Nice to have a separate office to work. Super fast WiFi makes it easy to 'work from home' or hold a 'workaction' in Malaga.

In the living room we have a smart TV and an Amazon Prime Video subscription where you can watch (free) movies and series. If you have a Netflix account yourself, you can log in to it via this TV.
Vacation means convenience! That's why we obviously have a dishwasher. For those who prefer to wash dishes by hand, we also have a dish drainer ;-).
There are many wonderful restaurants nearby. But also in the house you can enjoy delicious food on the terrace.
The windows in the bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets.
In the cupboard under the stairs you will find things such as a drying rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies and an iron.

Our beach cart is ready for the guests. Easy to take the chairs, cool box, umbrellas and other items that are available. The beach of El Palo is only a 1.5 minute walk from the house!

We rent out two sturdy Dutch city bikes. Ask for the possibilities. Ideal for cycling to the center of Malaga or exploring the east side of El Palo.
The little ones have also been thought of. We have a cot and high chair available on request. Children's plates and cutlery are also provided.
We are also happy to contribute to a better environment with separated waste.
In the kitchen is the washing machine with built-in dryer. The laundry dries even faster on the roof terrace where a washing line can be found.
The house is located in a car-free street with similar low-rise houses.
