The villa can accommodate up to 6 people and features 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom are located in a separate downstairs apartment under the large terrace.

The house is fully equipped, with a spacious kitchen, washing machine and a TV. Outside you will find three terraces and a swimming pool (10 x 5 m), surrounded by fruit trees such as mangoes, avocados and lemons. In high season, the pool is fully maintained. In low season this can be arranged on request.

The villa has been artistically decorated by the owners, filmmakers and artists and offers a unique, creative atmosphere. The location is ideal for both relaxation and adventure: explore the hiking trails of the rugged Sierra Tejada mountain range, discover the beaches of the Costa Tropical, or visit charming Frigiliana, voted the most beautiful village in Spain.

Ramón Maria Gieling (1954) is a well-known Dutch film director and also a painter. In the seventies he attended the Arnhem art academy. Initially, he mainly exhibited drawings, photographs and paintings. Later he also focused more and more on film and documentaries.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
