The villa is rented per 2 weeks. The changeover day is a Friday.
Before you read any further, let me introduce you to our sweet tomcat, Kiwi. He is not allowed in the house and has a beautiful private outdoor enclosure and spends the whole day in the garden. He loves to be petted. I rent the villa including Kiwi because I don't want to take him out of his own habitat. The name of the house is casa dos gatos which implies that there are 2 cats. That was true, Nelson is actually also part of it. But he now lives a few houses away. Every now and then he comes by :-)
You enter the plot of approximately 1000 square meters via an electrically operated gate. You can park your car here on site. From the living room, with a few steps, you reach the spacious terrace with dining table, lounge set and covered BBQ house. Swimming pool of 4 by 8 meters, with steps and outdoor shower. Through the front door you enter the living room with open kitchen. The living room has a spacious veranda with dining table and shade cloth. A wonderful place to start the day. The master bedroom, with air conditioning, has a private bathroom with toilet and sink. The two single bedrooms have a shared bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower. In previous years, fans were present in these 2 rooms. In the summer of 2024, both bedrooms will also have air conditioning! On the side of the house is a shed with the washing machine. Bicycles or suitcases you bring with you can also be stored here.
