This beautiful holiday home is located in the hills of Calonge, Costa Brava. The house offers a lot of comfort, tranquility and privacy. With a great view over the mountains.
Recently completely renovated and furnished with taste and care. On the same level there are three bedrooms with plenty of closet space, as well as two bathrooms with toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with Smeg appliances.
Around the house is a large garden with swimming pool of 8x4 meters. You can also enjoy the evening sun on the spacious terrace with a large dining table. The location is very central to beaches / bays (reachable within 8 minutes) and to the cozy typical Spanish towns and villages in the area.
We bought this house two years ago after having been on holiday in this area for years. After the purchase, the house was completely renovated. When we are in Calonge, we regularly visit nice vintage and flea markets in the area, such as the market in Verges on Sunday mornings where we regularly find beautiful items for our house. This market is therefore highly recommended.
Of course we also love the beach and good food. We can give you tips for delicious local restaurants and beautiful small bays in the area. The calendar has recently opened, so there are still countless possibilities for your holiday periods.
