Villa Bohème is a beautiful house located in a privileged environment on the Costa Brava in the small town of Calonge. You can enjoy the charming and picturesque towns that surround it and immerse yourself in its crystal-clear waters that are just 4 km away. The villa is located 37 km from the Medes Islands marine reserve and 39 km from Girona airport.

It is located in a very quiet area, once inside you can enjoy its beautiful garden, cook on its large barbecue, cool off in its private pool and relax in the Chill Out area with its wonderful views.

The villa has three bedrooms, a living area, fireplace, flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and oven, washing machine and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and bidet and the other with a shower. Hair dryer, towels and bed linen are provided.

Guests of the villa will be able to enjoy activities in Calonge and its surroundings, such as Snorkeling, Paddle surfing, Cayac, Jet Sky, catamaran outing, cycling, hiking, horse riding, golf...

You can also enjoy water parks such as Acuadiver which is just 7.4 km away and Water World 46 km away. If you like activities in nature you can enjoy the Platja d Aro Adventure Park and the Pals Adventure Park where They offer more than 200 adventure activities that you will find in 9 circuits of different characteristics and difficulties with zip lines, hanging bridges, jumps into the void, climbing walls, stairs, swings...

We are Oscar and Valentina, we have been spending summers on the Costa Brava for years, we fell in love with this area and decided to buy this wonderful villa to settle in this beautiful place. We are lovers of the sea, nature and animals.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the tenant's written cancellation date:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free
Cancellation between 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only informs the landlord on the start date or during the rental period that they will not (no longer) use the rented item, they are still responsible for the full rental price.
